Tyler has been master certified for 10+ years. He has been in the tanning industry for a combined 13+ years and understands the importance of your experience when getting a spray tan.

The solutions we use have specific undertones, depending on your skin's natural tone, to ensure we avoid any unwanted brassy or orange tones.

The Week & Night Before Your Appointment
Up to 3–5 Days Before:
- Book your wax or shave: Waxing should be done at least 48 hours before your tan so your skin has time to calm down.
- Shave carefully: If you’re shaving, do it no later than 12 hours before your tan to avoid skin sensitivity.
- Get your nails done: Schedule manicures, pedicures, or gels 1–2 days before. This helps avoid product residue or soaking that could mess with your tan.
- DO NOT USE DOVE PRODUCTS! Dove soap and Dove lotions leave a film on your skin that can inhibit the tan from developing correctly/evenly.
1 Day Before:
- Exfoliate really well: Use a gentle scrub or exfoliating mitt to remove old tan, dry skin, and buildup. Focus on elbows, knees, ankles, and wrists.
- Hydrate (but not right before): Moisturize well the night before, especially if you’re naturally dry. Skip lotion on the day of your tan.
The Day of Your Tan
- Review and sign the release form (available at the salon when you sign in).
- Remove make-up, moisturizer, perfume and deodorant before coming to your appointment. Bare skin makes the best canvas for the spray tan to adhere to.
- We recommend wearing dark, loose fitting clothing to prevent color transfer immediately after your appointment. Solution washes out of most clothing, but tends to stain nylon and Lycra materials; therefore, dark colored & loose fitting garments are recommended.
- We do provide disposable tops and bottoms, but you are welcome to bring a bathing suit or underwear to wear during your spray tan. Please keep in mind light colors may be stained by the solution.
Spray Tanning Aftercare
- Let your tan set for recommended time (will be discussed at appointment) before rinsing. This allows your tan to fully develop.
- Avoid wearing socks or tight shoes immediately after your spray tanning session in order to allow the tan to develop.
- Avoid applying moisturizers or deodorants until you have your first shower in.
- Avoid wearing tight clothing until your first warm water rinse. This includes tighter-fitting jeans, bras, spandex, tight blouses and shoes/socks.
- All swimming, showering and vigorous exercise must be avoided for at least 24 hours as sweating can inhibit the development of your tan.
- Do not shave for at least 24 hours after your spray tan was applied.
Friendly Reminders
- When you take your first shower, you will see some color wash off. Don’t worry! This is normal and is only the color guide that the spray tan technician uses when the tan is applied. You will be left with a gorgeous tan once developed!
- To finalize a spray tan appointment, we will need a credit or debit card on file for our cancellation policy.
- All spray tan appointments are subject to a $15 cancelation fee for cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment or not showing up for the originally scheduled time slot.
